RETURN POLICY

If you have any questions regarding any item we sell, please email us prior to placing your order. If there has been a mistake with your order, please let us know immediately, and we will ensure any mistakes are rectified.

If you have an issue with an unused product, you can return your item(s) for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges) and the same form as the original payment type and will be processed within 10 to 15 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card. Any claims for damaged order or missing items must be received within 2 business days of receipt of package.

If you have specific issues with a used item, please reach out to us. These issues will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. 

In case the following conditions are not met,  kenziishop.com reserves the right to refuse the return.

  • Items must be received by us undamaged and unused in its original condition and packaging.
  • Packaging must include all original items, brochure etc.
  • Return package must include copy of the original invoice or sale receipt.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.

The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet the requirements and standards. Therefore, customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections to be updated about the changes on the website.
